My Person-Centered Therapy approach provides a safe space where you can be who you are while working through challenges life brings your way. During this process, I provide empathy, support, and acceptance to understand your experiences, as well as integrate various evidenced-based strategies to assist you in the healing process. My ideal client is ready to work on issues related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, grief, and trauma.
The Person-Centered approach explores the whole person and assumes individuals are motivated to reach their full potential, which will help you identify who you are presently and how that aligns with who you envision yourself to be, resulting in a more congruent sense of self and improvement in mental health.
