Hi there! I'm Lynzie Genel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with License 116340, and I'm excited to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth with you. I typically work with clients facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, complex relationship dynamics, social relationships, social anxiety, and the effects of medical trauma. My aim is to provide a supportive and understanding space for these individuals to navigate their unique experiences and achieve positive growth.
I believe in addressing behavior patterns through understanding the underlying thought processes and the impact of early relationships on one's current experiences. By combining these approaches, I aim to help clients make positive behavioral changes while fostering a deeper understanding of their emotions and relationships.
