Welcome: After thirty years of living in the San Juan Mountains, I connect best with clients who appreciate a direct approach. Counseling is collaborative and assists in the evolvement of a peaceful inner state - overriding fear, doubt, and the divisiveness surrounding humanity right now. Grief, anxiety, addiction, and trauma are met through a compassionate lens by safely encouraging your authentic reality to emerge, so that survival modes can relax. Through increased self-awareness and self-worth, vulnerability is embraced as a strength and good boundaries become accessible without guilt, shame or blame leading the narrative.
Presence: I'll hold space for you with compassion and wisdom. Through EMDR and a solution-focused model, problems will naturally be replaced by inherent, creative strengths. Counseling will explore attachment and generational trauma theories. Guided breathing, movement and cold water plunging are also offered as support tools.
Healing: After many years of professional and personal experiences with systemic, familial and interpersonal trauma, the tipping point for healing and integrating simplicity, hope, joy and love is upon us. Together, let’s explore what this means for you. Sessions are 75 minutes and designed to meet you where you are at - virtually and spiritually.
