I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in individual, family and addiction counseling. I work with people to address a broad range of concerns, from grief, anger, depression and anxiety to unresolved struggles with past physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, and more.
I am passionate about helping those who have been impacted by addiction and trauma to find healing, support and freedom. I believe we were not intended to deal with life alone, therefore I believe counseling can be a non judgmental and supportive environment, where healing can occur.
My practice is Christian-focused where faith, prayer, biblical truths can be incorporated alongside of psychological techniques into the counseling process.
