I approach therapy from a strengths-based, cognitive behavioral lens and see our time together as a partnership where we work together to accomplish your goals. I utilize relaxation and mindfulness skills, and work on changing unhelpful thinking patterns to more helpful thought processes.
I have experience providing therapy for a wide variety of individuals and families. I currently work with adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma and coping with life transitions. My hope is to partner with you to help you meet your goals. I look forward to working together!
