Women's group, to work on building self-kindness. Topics include self-esteem, stopping self- criticism, boundaries, communication, and finding a support network. II Group is open to residents of Pennsylvania, California and North Carolina! II Telehealth only. II Self pay and insurance are accepted. $20 each session for an 8 week group. II I can provide you with paperwork to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
