I specialize in working from a trauma informed neurobiological perspective which includes body, mind, feelings, top down & bottom up specialties. My expertise includes developmental & family trauma, mental health & addiction. I use integrated modalities: relational, psychodynamic, cognitive, somatic, mindfulness, neurobiological, touch & attachment focused.
My specialty lies in creating a therapeutic relationship based on trust, connection and collaboration, allowing us to safely explore difficulties interfering with more successful living. My advanced trainings are in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Focused-EMDR, NARM, Somatic (TRM), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, SP, CBT, and Neuroaffective Touch.
