I know first hand that healing from trauma and "the dark nights of the soul" are not only possible, but hold within them a gateway to more love and joy. No one goes through life without pain. I work holistically, weaving cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic work, EMDR, mindfulness meditation, and energy healing techniques based on your unique needs. I strive to help you get to the root of the issues and clear the way for your own innate wisdom to heal and transform your life.
I enjoy working with couples using the Gottman Method and individuals who are longing for a greater sense of wellbeing. Having worked in hospice for 11 years, I specialize in grief, loss or facing a terminal diagnosis. My goal is to help you create the conditions to cultivate a happier, more meaningful, more love-filled life.
