I aspire to empower my clients and help them to lead meaningful lives, however, that looks to you. My primary work is with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), adjustment issues, and relationship conflicts. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, but I am open to working with all age groups! My approach utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and techniques from mindfulness and logotherapy.
Presence matters. The therapeutic encounter can be very unique in that it is a helping relationship, meant for the healing and growth of the person seeking services. In session, I find joy in providing a space where your words hold value. I also honor silence as a meaningful and powerful tool.
