I am a seasoned clinical social worker, psychotherapist and holistic health coach. I have worked in a number of different settings throughout my professional career, including mental health centers, private practice, hospitals, home health care and skilled nursing facilities. After over 35 years as a clinical social worker treating people with depression, anxiety and relationship issues, I added health coaching to my list of treatment services. As a graduate of the leading institute for integrative nutrition, I believe strongly in the mind body connection.
