I will introduce you to the Enneagram. This is a psychological, spiritual tool that helps you to see yourself and others in a compassionate way. I can facilitate and provide instruction on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for issues related to trauma, mental and emotional blocks, as well as physical pain.
I am a therapist and coach who believes in addressing issues that are unique to culture, regardless of what that culture may be. (race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or age, etc.) Because I am of African descent, I am particularly aware of the needs that are unique to black culture.
