I am now accepting tele therapy clients, My specialty is in individual, couples and family therapy. With over 30 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, I work with a broad spectrum of clients. My practice has evolved in these years to a more present-moment approach that heals wounds of the past. Therapy is about bringing awareness and action to change what doesn't work in our lives. At any given moment we have a choice and it is this choice that is at the core of my work.
I do integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I ask from clients that they come in only with curiosity and a willingness to engage.
