I am passionate about helping people build self-confidence, move beyond fears and worries, live with a greater sense of purpose, and feel more connected to friends and family. I love to help people who feel overwhelmed with anxiety, sadness, trauma, stress, communication and relationship issues, or low self-esteem and confidence, because I believe that there is always a way to move forward. Helping people live their best lives and feel empowered to make choices is my greatest joy.
I am experienced in effective techniques for helping people struggling with difficult emotions, behaviors, and life situations. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other techniques, I can help you sort through things and find your way forward. I have a special interest in helping people improve without an emphasis on the use of medication.
With compassion and empathy, I can help you move forward in life, no matter how difficult things seem in the moment. Together we sort out where you want to go, how you want to get there, and what is getting in the way. In a free consultation call we can discover if I am a good fit for you.
