Hi there, My name is Lyniece Diggs, LMFT. Let's get real, I am a people-first therapist, and judgments are out the window. We all have a story, come from a variety of backgrounds, and have different needs. Let's work together to discover yours and what works for YOU. Life is wild, isn't it?! Sometimes you're overwhelmed, sometimes underwhelmed, and other times you feel numb. Relationship and family issues, work life, anxiety and depression, self-esteem. How are we supposed to balance all of this?
If I get the opportunity to meet and work with you we will use a variety of approaches to address the issues in your life while supporting you to achieve your goals. I love to mix laughter into sessions, and while I won't judge you, I WILL be real with you and challenge you as I hope you will be with me.
