Are you feeling overwhelmed with life’s stressors, such as work, school, family responsibilities, and relationships? I’m a school psychologist that has experience with the evaluation and treatment of youth, young adults, and assisting their families. With clinical and school experience, I can assist in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma symptoms, as well as helping individuals understand IEPs and special education evaluations.

I provide psychological and educational evaluations to aid in the solution of individuals experiencing challenges. Also, my goal is to support individuals through treatment by assisting them with the navigation of their thoughts, behavior, and emotions that may be increasing their stress or causing problems.

Comfortability and feeling safe is key during evaluation and treatment of individuals. I am here to provide support, a safe space, and collaboration with individuals and their families in the management of challenges that may be impacting their everyday life.

Galvin Growth Group is a diverse practice of therapists with specialized backgrounds, including children & adolescents, adults, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD & executive functioning, alcohol and substance abuse. We do psychological evaluations as well. Many of our therapists have a background in K-12 education, they help children thrive both in school and in their personal lives. Some therapists specialize in working with adults, including individuals, couples, and adults with addiction issues. Our approach is integrative and includes techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, client-centered therapy, behavioral approaches, and motivational interviewing. We offer Animal Assisted Therapy.
