Currently accepting new clients. I work with individuals, couples, and families who struggle to understand themselves and their place in the world. I strive to provide an empathic space for clients to share their life experiences.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is a treatment technique to help clients move through traumatic memories fairly quickly with minimal talking. I also utilize other therapy approaches that would fit best with the client's needs and desires.
I have particular expertise with divorce & blended families, trauma & PTSD, spirituality, conflict, grief,  anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
