As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I have over 30 years of experience working in the counseling field. I work with adults with a variety of issues including substance abuse and addiction anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD/trauma, and relationships issues. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor, I have experience and am enthusiastic about working with both the military and the first responder community. I use a combination of therapeutic styles, including ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to deal with PTS(D)/trauma or other related issues. My training, clinical experience, humor and compassion allow me to honor your resilience, recognize your strengths and walk with you as you move through your journey.
