Although I have specialized training in infant/early childhood mental health and couple therapy, I offer therapy to all ages across the lifespan (starting at birth) and in various formats (e.g., individual, couple, family). My goals in treatment are to help folx: (1) better understand themselves; (2) better articulate and express who they are; (3) go about creating a meaningful life with intentionality; (4) understand and self-advocate for their identified needs; and (5) form meaningful connections to the people and environment that they are in.
I've been trained in multiple evidence based models (e.g., CPP, IBCT, TF-CBT, ACT) but I generally integrate different therapeutic interventions to best serve the folx I work with. I also offer gender- and neurodiversity-affirming care, with a focus on acceptance and justice/equity/inclusion for historically marginalized populations.
Things to know: (1) I don't necessarily seek to "cure" impairments or disability; (2) I recognize that behavior is often shaped by traumatic experiences; (3) I think about how biology and the environment shape each person's individual psychological and emotional experience; and (4) I believe connectedness in relationships are important.

Off To College with AuDHD
A therapeutic group to help neurodivergent teens and young adults stay on track for applying to and attending college. Leveraging my years of experience in a college counseling office and college outreach program, I'll help participants sort through thoughts/feelings about college decisions, coach them through the college application process, and support them in the transition to college education (including important steps to take for self-advocacy at college).
