Are you a new mother and not feeling yourself? I specialize in the treatment of maternal mental health including anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar, pregnancy and infant loss. I have worked in mental health for 14 years and have received specialized training with Postpartum Support International and Karen Kleiman. My program consists of individual therapy, intensive outpatient where mother's and their babies meet three times a week for three hours a day. Group therapy is used to equip mothers with the skills to manage their symptoms at home, and improve the family relationship. Individual, group, and family therapy is offered.
