With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in a variety of areas, including: anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues and boundary setting. I have a special interest in reproductive mental health including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum support.

Through a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop effective coping strategies to improve their well-being and achieve their goals.
