Utilizing a person centered approach for navigating your life makes the most sense to me! I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, and I am passionate about helping people navigate traumas, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and self-exploration related to sexual orientations and gender identities. I truly enjoy empowering each client in their exploration of finding peace and acceptance.

We are humans talking to humans at the end of the day. My goal is to make you feel comfortable with being uncomfortable. I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as a way of stabilizing and deepening connection. I work with individuals and couples.

Connection is truly healing. It can be scary to reach out and ask for help, but I am not here to judge you. I hope to provide a space for you to be exactly who you are in that moment and work collaboratively to meet your goals.
