Hello and Welcome! I believe in providing a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment for each client to share their story. My role is to collaborate with each client and focus on their innate strengths to overcome these obstacles.
Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, life transitions, experienced painful situations or are interested in developing healthier habits, gaining different perspectives or developing greater self-awareness, we can work together to make positive life changes.
The rewards include the development of valuable coping skills, a greater sense of confidence and self-worth and an increase in emotional well-being. I offer daytime and evening appointments as well as some Saturday appointments. Telehealth appointments are available.
