My goal is to empower you to take control of your life, giving you enjoyment and satisfaction. I can utilize Cognitive Therapy in focusing on "how" and "why," that you think, as you do. I do adapt to the individual needs of the client, using different therapies. One may need to become aware of negative belief patterns-to replace with positive beliefs.
With many years as a therapist, I continue my desire to assist clients guiding them through difficult times. My experience includes working with a variety of issues: anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, work stress, as well as others. My clients include preteens, teens, college students, and adults of any age. I possess a Master's in Clinical Psychology.
