I consider myself to be a cognitive behavioral therapist and have worked with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues. My areas of interest are: depression, anxiety, grief, end of life issues, PTSD, parenting concerns, conflicts in relationships, divorce, sexual trauma, as well as the behavioral management of and adjustment to chronic medical conditions.
