In my clinical practice, I create a safe, compassionate therapeutic environment where thoughts and feelings are processed to guide you to your unique expression of fulfillment. I am an intern psychotherapist specializing in psychodynamic psychotherapy serving children, adolescents, and adults.
As your therapist, I will thoughtfully listen for self-destructive patterns and beliefs that are often formed in early childhood and unconsciously impact your life and world view. We will work together to help you recognize these unconscious behavioral patterns and prevent them from inhibiting your potential.
We may use Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, DBT Expressive Arts therapy, IFS therapy, and other psychodynamic modalities that facilitate psychological self-reflection and growth. In working with children, I draw from Play Therapy theory and practice, IFS, Art Therapy, Lifespan Integration therapy, and Sand Tray modalities.
