I am a New York State licensed Clinical Psychologist, with a specialty in children and adolescents. I also work with families of children and teens and consult with school staff and any other treating professionals to enhance treatment. Given the pressures and stressors our children and teens experience in school and out, I work with a range of clients and presenting problems. Treatment focuses on both process and outcome and is flexible, depending on the issues clients face. All clients are treated with the utmost respect and care.
I have been dedicated to working with children, adolescents and their families throughout my career and realize that children and teens are not "little adults", but individuals in their own right. The febelopment issues faced by our children and adolescents are serious and deserve treatment targeted to the clients developmental needs by an experienced professional.
I offer brief, short and longer term psychotherapy for children, adolescents and their families. Psycheducational evaluations are also available. As a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist, I am able to provide a range of services to individuals and families that include consultation for special education issues.
