Hello, when struggling with mental health you might just need a helping hand. As a seasoned therapist with 15 plus years of experience. I work with clients who have experienced various forms of trauma such as sexual abuse, deaths, accidents, and daily life occurrences. As well as those who are experiencing symptoms of Generalized Anxiety and Clinical Depression.
My approach is individualized, strengths based, and client centered. Working with client to identify their own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Empowering them to identify the areas in their life that is causing them distress and creating a treatment plan and goals to work through and over come those challenges and improve their mental health.
