Hi I'm Lydia Mandell. I love working with mid-life women. I bring over 24 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor and Art Therapist to my practice. I integrate a variety modalities of including art therapy, movement, humor, meditation, ceremony, and breathwork into my practice to help my clients to remember who they truly are outside of others' expectations. My gift is guiding women through life’s transitions to get grounded and feel fully embodied, alive, capable, and excited about their lives.
I believe that everyone has the power to heal and that each individual has their own unique way of healing. I am invested in helping mid-life women develop and maintain the mind/body/spirit health to create and lead more integrated lives that are in alignment with their desires. I am especially passionate about guiding women to reclaim their wildness.
