I am very passionate about the work I do and believe that when placing yourself in a vulnerable position you want to know that you will experience feelings of felt safety. Together, we explore parts of the self that have successfully protected you, while also blocking you from reaching your full potential. Sometimes those very parts that limit us, decide to show up in the most inconvenient and untimely manner, reflecting back what you aren't necessarily ready to see. I work with you to help make sense of your internal blocks and struggles with intention.
I'm here to help you navigate, explore and transform your limiting beliefs, paving a path to your true potentials. We identify and recognize the wounded parts within that have impacted your balance sense of self and well-being. I am a certified EMDR practitioner and also a certified Hypnotherapist, drawing from these different modalities as needed.
Our work together is a collaboration and we move at your pace. I am highly intuitive, which enhances the therapeutic process. I believe everyone has the capacity to live as their true authentic self, feeling contentment and internal balance, while on the path of self-growth and transformation.
