For more than 10 years, I have helped my clients to successfully regulate emotions, and overcome depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. I can help you discover how these issues are sabotaging your happiness and peace. You may find that your motivation is poor or feel overwhelmed and stressed out by all your responsibilities. You may have grown irritable or sad, your relationships may be suffering. But in therapy, you will find the space and the tools to change that around. We will establish a route of self-actualization unique to you and your journey.
Our work together will include the 3 fundamental areas of self-growth: How you take care of yourself, talk to yourself, and recover from life hardships and traumas. We will practice compassionate curiosity to discover your true needs and wants waiting to be fulfilled. That's how you will heal and grow.
