I believe it is a privilege to partner with clients and help them navigate their lives. Whether they are struggling or are just ready to do things differently, they don’t have to do it alone. I enjoy meeting people where they are and providing a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings in order to understand their situation better. Using my expertise gained over 17 years of counseling, I am honest and compassionate which allows others to be truthful with themselves as they work toward greater self-awareness, growth, and self-acceptance.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship problems, and family conflict. I specialize in working with couples & marriages, particularly those suffering from infidelity, relationship problems, communication, and trust and betrayal issues.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy that incorporates a variety of methods to benefit the client. I am EMDR Therapy Certified, as well as Level II certified in Gottman methods, and use them in my work with couples. I can provide services in Spanish for people who are more comfortable emoting in Spanish. I look forward to working with you!
