I've worked with a wide range of age groups, ages 8 and up, from different paths of life and backgrounds. I'm experienced in working through clients' trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger, and grief. I enjoy helping clients to overcome challenges and meet their goals at their time and pace. I'm a culturally competent and trauma-informed clinician who is able to provide mindful and conscious practice for the client's needs.
I enjoy working with a wide range of age groups from different backgrounds and cultures. In my practice, I use evidence-based practice models such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution focused brief therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness practice.
