I provide individual, marriage, and family counseling and operate from a Cognitive Behavioral approach. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults on issues related to depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, grief, identity, sexual abuse recovery, marital issues, and infidelity recovery. Additionally, I emphasize spirituality as an important aspect in the treatment process.
