Originally from Sydney, Australia, I moved to New York in 2006 to pursue my entertainment career, and have been a Los Angeleno since 2009. I am dedicated to assisting you in your personal growth and struggles in this life. I help by guiding you with empathy, compassion, humor, honesty, silence and an array of experiential-humanistic interventions. I have also worked with adolescents and families, parent coaching, and have led in excess of 3500 groups within the mental health industry.
