I enjoy helping with anxiety, mood, grief and loss, and relationship/family/social concerns, as well as identity questions, life transitions, and spiritual, religious, and existential questions. I have experience working with military veterans and individuals with high-stress occupations, as well as men’s mental health and masculinity issues.
I bring a trauma-informed and culturally-sensitive outlook to each session. I strive to help you find agency, community, and joy - factors I believe are non-negotiable for a life well-lived.
