I specialize working with LGBTQ+ people, but also have experience working with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma. I use an eclectic approach that will depend on your specific needs; personalized therapy techniques include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, inner child healing, exposure therapy, and internal family systems therapy.
