The foundation of my work is based on empathy and open communication. For over 15 years, I've worked closely with families in crisis and in need of immediate intervention. I specialize in assisting children, adolescents, and adults with Anxiety, Depression, Selective Mutism, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Autism. Additionally, I also have experience in assisting victims of violence.
I am a Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Divorce Mediator. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am currently a member of the American Counseling Association and Chi Sigma Iota International Honor Society for Professional Counselors.
My practice is conveniently located in heart of Bergen County. I value collaborative efforts between the clinician, family, schools, and outside service providers. I currently sit on the Bergen County Mental Health Board and Human Services Advisory Council.
