| español Life is complex. Sometimes everything is going well and things make sense, and other times we feel lost and confused. If you are currently seeking therapy, you may be feeling symptoms of emotional distress due to any number of things such as: intimate partner relationships, illness, grief/loss, or life transitions, etc. The hope, however, lies in knowing that you are not alone. As your therapist, my intention is to create a non-judgmental, safe space to help you process difficult thoughts and feelings. I rely on using a compassionate, strengths-based approach that acknowledges that you are at the center of your treatment.
I am a bicultural, bilingual (Spanish), therapist who has been working with adults, children and families of diverse backgrounds for over 10 years. I have experience working with individuals and families who are systems-impacted (ie. criminal justice & child welfare, etc.) I am also well versed in issues pertaining to acculturation and immigration.
