I work with teens, young adults, adults, and families. I specialize in working with BIPOC, Queer, Spanish Speaking, Gender-Affirming Care, Anxiety, Depression, Family Conflict, Religious Conflicts, Sexual Trauma, Cultural Adjustment, Body Positivity, and Faith Transitions.
I can help work through anxiety, depression, family issues, religious trauma, self-acceptance, and trauma. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, my general style is motivational interviewing (MI). I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution Focused Therapy. I specialize in working with Trauma.
I always wished I could talk to someone without explaining my culture or what it’s like to have an experience other than “the norm”. I wanted to make sure that I have been able to help my community and be seen as an advocate, not just because of my social positionality , but because I’m more than capable.
