In working with individuals I like to use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). CBT assist people to work through thoughts, feelings and behaviors by changing them to a positive mindset. This is an evidence based therapy found to be extremely helpful for clients. We will set goals and you will have homework to work on assignments outside of your session.
