My practice is client-centered, holistic, strengths-based psychotherapy to understand clients’ internal responses and help clients increase emotional regulation and explore solutions. I also integrate mindfulness-based interventions and cognitive behavioral therapy to stay present and gain perspective. I aim to help client's gain insight and understanding.
