I believe there is no one approach that fits everyone. I am trained in several modalities of treatment including Cognitive Behavior Therapy; Dialectical Behavior Therapy; Mindfulness; Motivational Interviewing; and EMDR. My therapy is person-centered and I use a holistic approach to therapy, to determine what works best for the individual. I have experience and training in the treatment of those who have mental health problems and issues of addiction. My career has brought me to outpatient and residential settings. The past several years I have been an outpatient therapist for Hillsborough South Adult Drug Court.
I received my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in Keene, NH, with a concentration in Substance Use and Addictive Behaviors. I have my BA in Sociology from Bridgewater University.
