A serious illness diagnosis can feel like an unexpected, dizzying blow. It can affect all aspects of your life - from your relationships and spirituality, to your very sense of self. I help individuals and their family members facing serious illness (chronic, terminal, and new diagnosis) cope with the challenges of grief/loss, caregiving, and life transitions so they may find peace and healing in their lives.
I specialize in providing anticipatory grief counseling to individuals and their family members navigating serious illness. I have a background in Hospice Care, and have also worked at Stanford Hospital as part of their Palliative Medicine Team. I offer a safe space to process feelings around medical decision making and the losses created by illness.
