As a first-generation Mexican American and bilingual counselor, I offer services in both Spanish and English. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy for teens and adults. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which allows me to efficiently treat trauma (of all kinds), PTSD, anxiety, & other negative life experiences.
I’m committed to advocating & supporting those who have experienced oppression. I provide a therapeutic space to enhance the healing of the BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color), LGBTQ+, woman, & immigrant communities.
