At LMFS we offer Parent Coaching and Parenting Groups to help you problem solve, find solutions, get support and feel less alone.
As a mom and licensed social worker, I strive to help parents, teens and children make meaningful connections and find solutions that will enable a healthy emotional life for each individual and, as a result, the entire family. I help teens and children find their voices and I help parents learn how to listen.
LMFS offers individual, family and group psychotherapy as well as coaching services that will help you explore, understand and find solutions. Additionally, we offer general parenting support groups as well as parenting groups focusing on specific developmental stages.
