Family conflict and misunderstandings can occur in all families. We don't always agree with each other but given the right tools, we can learn to interact in a peaceful, harmonious manner with those we love. Sometimes issues become overwhelming. Talking to an empathetic mental health professional like myself will help you to see those issues as manageable and obtain peace. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling to those who are as passionate about growth and healing as I am about assisting you in obtaining the life that you desire. My ideal client ranges from ages twelve to adulthood.
At Loving Connections Psychotherapy, LLC, my belief is that strengthening the bonds between family members and couples is paramount to growth and healing of the family system. I will work with you to identify and embrace your unique qualities and accept that although others may differ in their opinions, those opinions are valid.
I utilize a holistic approach, combining traditional psychotherapy with natural methods of symptom relief. I have worked with youth and adults in community mental health and residential treatment facilities for over 15 years.
