Do you have difficulty feeling disconnected from yourself and others? Helping people live better lives is my passion. It could mean learning to set boundaries, getting over a loss or life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that keeps you stuck. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I am passionate and dedicated to serve the BIPOC and Latinx community. My approach is to focus on well-being, cultural response, and trauma informed care.
I utilize solution-focused therapy, CBT, mindfulness practice, EMDR and motivational interviewing, and tailor them. My goal is to create a safe space for you to feel supported, safe, and be yourself. My hope is that we can work together toward a journey of healing, recovery, self-discovery and empowerment so you can live the life you’ve always dreamed of!
