I employ a variety of evidence-based interventions in my work, always within a client-centered approach. I believe the therapy process is inherently collaborative and will sit with you through the yuck and muck and the big “ahas" along the way.

I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana. I have provided individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, and am trained in CPT, TF-CBT, MI, and Psychedelic & Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
