Through strength based exercises, tapping, and mindfulness techniques, I’ve helped my clients build self-confidence in their abilities and their capacity to persevere through the inevitable challenges we all encounter in life.
My approach is gentle, compassionate and honest. My goal is to teach my clients the tools necessary to find peace, fulfillment, and contentment in their lives. I believe that self-compassion is an essential element in being able to heal from the past and flourish in the future.
