As your counselor, I offer to engage with you using a holistic approach to mental health with a focus on destigmatizing self-care; after all, quality of life starts with your own self. My focus is on you with the goal of empowering you and improving your quality of life so that you may work towards life as the most happy and healthy individual that you can be.

Se habla Espanol! I am a trauma informed therapist that specializes on women's issues and family therapy. Depression, anxiety, and compulsive behaviors are common symptoms that my clients have struggled with; through the exploration of their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors many clients experience personal growth and symptom relief. LGBTQ+ clients are welcome! It can be a difficult decision to begin therapy, but once you have made the decision; you have begun the process of change. Although therapy is an investment of time, energy and resources, the rewards can be great.

I am a registered art therapist (trauma-sensitive), Neurodivergent COACH, special education consultant and offer college career guidance. My therapeutic specializations are trauma, grief/loss and Neurobiology. My approach focuses on generational trauma, and historical grief/loss utilizing the polyvagal theory in conjunction with the creative process. I am also a special education consultant focusing on gifted, neurodivergent population (ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, ASD), and state evaluator for Talented in the Arts. I guide parents though the process of developing Individual Education Plans for charter and private schools.
